The TROPOspheric Monitoring Instrument (TROPOMI) is co-funded by ESA and NSO and it is on board the Copernicus Sentinel-5 Precursor satellite. ESA has provided the L2 data and FMI has generated the L3 images and data files.
The data covers the whole Tropomi period except for the SO2 where the L3 data is based on the latest COBRA version and thus, it's time coverage starts from July 2022. However, this will change in near future. We will add also AAI product.

The L3 gridding has been done with HARP using the spatial binning feature (https://stcorp.github.io/harp/doc/html/algorithms/regridding.html#spatial-binning) with bin_spatial function. Please, see the HARP documentation for details.
The metadata item “:history” of the data files give details of the variables, used functions and flags as well as other restrictions.

The image of the previous month will be visible when the first data is available. Usually this happens on 10th day of the next month. However, usually the full input data is not available until quite late in the follwing month and thus, only few first days will be used to process the first version of the L3 image. The complete image will be done when the missing data files are available. The L3 data file will be available only when the data for the whole month is available. Thus, the L3 data file for the previous month may be missing until very late of the following month. The NRTI data is not used to generate the monthly and yearly averages, only final offline version.
